The next exercise is all about effective embellishments. I am ok with embellishing, but I am quite the flat embellisher. I love the way that they look on a page and some scrappers can really make a page look amazing with lots of ribbons, flowers etc. I just can rarely get myself to do it :) Anyway, I took a layout which was inspired by a layout by Shimelle Lane (
http://www.shimelle.com/paper/1017/scrapbooking-sketch-of-the-week/) and came up with this page.
Again...Ugh...I wish that I had a better way to take pictures of my layouts, but there are three sections of embellies...One in the top corner, one of the side of the pictures and then a third on the bottom side/corner. I used all similar items. I really lie the way this layout turned out :)
